On tap at Blue Palm’s 2nd Anniversary. Pours a reddish brown color with a small tan head. Aroma of apple, chocolate, belgian yeast esters. Taste is lightly tart, apple, molasses, fruity, herbal with a mildly bitter finish. Medium bubbles.
