On cask. Pours with a hazy light yellow body with a large, foamy white head. Aroma of fennel, coriander, estery, with a decent amount of heat and a bit of black pepper. Decently big burn on the flavor, a bit of corn bread, cooked fennel, and black pepper. One of the best "burn" beers that I have had (all though that comment doesn’t mean much). Dry and burning. I like it, but I could probably only get through 3 or 4 ozs enjoyably.
