Bottle (that is bottle conditioned). The only real reason I picked this up was to add it to the database. I am not particularly psyched up for trying this. Lets see. Pours with a chill hazed golden body and a massive white head. Looks like a Belgian Tripel in my tasting glass. Aromas of grain, grass, corn, spicy, a bit of orange zest, bready and nearly a note of candi sugar (yeah, odd). Anyway. Flavors are bitter, and very bready, with light sweetness and citrus throughout. Some spiciness from the hops. Pretty light and refreshing. Nothing really wrong with this at all. A nice and zesty lager with no faults. I donβt get the Mexican style lager reference as this is better than any lager that I have sampled from Mexico. Lively bubbles. A bit thin.
