On tap at BTBF. Pours with a hazed golden hued body with a lasting white head. Aromas are grassy and grainy with medium strong esters (isoamyl acetate a bit strong among those), dry sage, black pepper, lightly leathery. Flavors are dry, fusel alcohol, peppery, a bit of harsh esters. Feels like it is missing a malt back bone (not sweetness, just something else as right now it is watery and a bit thin with some stressed yeast notes). Thin bodied with lively carbonation.
