Sampled at BTBF. Clearly a beer utilizing Mosaic. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a white head. Aromas are hugely grassy, tropical fruit, spicy, stone fruit and resin. Flavors are spicy, grainy, with intense fruit notes. Toasty, dry. Medium bitterness, floral and juicy. Great Mosaic character. Lively carbonation, dry bodied. Excellent.
