750ml bottle marked 1134. Pours with a crystal clear golden hue and a fizzy white head that dissipates fully. Aromas of dry apples, light sulfur. Really a bready apple flavor. Light vanillin possibly as well. Medium citric and tannic notes. Flavors are medium dry, very grassy apple character, medium sulfur, dry crab apple character. Mild yeast character with possibly a touch of phenol. Hay and black tea. Extremely lively carbonation with a dry, mildly acidic and slightly stronger tannic finish. Light bodied. Less sweetness than a Doux with quite a bit more alcohol. Americanized and not sweetened. Good.
