On tap at the Bruery. Pours with a lightly hazed golden body with a white head. First impression from the nose is vegital, but that fades. Beyond it coriander, peppery, and other spicy phenols, dry malt notes, light esters (notably pear). Flavors are spicy, medium bitter, phenol, black pepper and some dry fruity esters. Grainy, dry, medium bubbles. Quaffable. I enjoyed it more and more as it warmed (full glass). Really a solid little Belgian ale.
