On tap at the brewery. Pours with a lightly hazed golden yellow hued body with a large and lasting, foamy white head. Good retention and lace. Aromas are grainy, grassy, hoppy, orange and tangerine, a bit of a bready malt profile, some esters, light pine. Flavors are very, very bitter. Astringently so. Pine. Plenty (too) bitter, but lacking a bit on hop flavor. Seems like they got a fair amount more utilization than planned. Medium bubbles, dry, assertively bitter. Look forward to seeing future, tweaked batches of this.
