On tap at the Brewer’s Barrel Room. Pours with a very clear, pale yellow body with a thick and lasting white head. Aromas are very nice. Bready, grainy with a bit of honey. A touch of dms, light herbal hop aromas. Clean. Flavors are grassy, herbal, bready, straw. Clean. Noticeable mineral character. Quite bitter on the palate. Medium to lively bubbles. A bit thin and dry.
