A stout tricked out with all sorts of breakfast ingredients including Guatemalan Antigua cold press coffee, Maple syrup harvested from Western Massachusetts and for the quintessential Delaware breakfast touch - Rapa Scrapple and their secret blend of spices.
2-row Applewood smoked barley, Kiln Coffee malt, Flaked oats, Roasted barley, Caramel malt along with additions of Molasses, Milk Sugars (lactose), Brown Sugar, Roasted Chicory lay the foundation for this malty, breakfast-themed concoction. Enjoy huge notes of coffee in the nose and savory layers in the flavor.

Bottle from Discount. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of beige head that lingers, then dissipates. Huge coffee forward nose with a touch of maple syrup and cacao. Dry on the palate with a roasty cacao character and charred coffee a touch of umami that lingers. Lightish body, but a lot of flavor. Lingering roasted cacao nib.

Bottle from Total Wine, Gainesville. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of chocolates, licorice, coffee, and poop (it’s there). Flavor is better: coffee, ash, dark chocolates. However, overall something falls short here.

Bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with foamy tan head, mocha/maple syrup aroma, medium carbonation, lightly bitter mocha taste, thick body, medium mocha finish. Quite tasty and fulfilling.

12 oz bottle. Pours a very dark brown with moderate head. Aromas of freshly ground coffee. Flavors of roasted malts, black coffee, light smoked bacon and dark sugar. A bit metallic, but interesting, good stuff.

Bottle: (7.4% on label) Black, with a moderate, light brown head. Smoky, roast coffee, dark chocolate aroma. Taste is fairly sweet, rich, dark roast, smoke, chocolate malt. Easy drinking with a nice body. Also would serve in dessert status.... Pretty nice.
