A stout tricked out with all sorts of breakfast ingredients including Guatemalan Antigua cold press coffee, Maple syrup harvested from Western Massachusetts and for the quintessential Delaware breakfast touch - Rapa Scrapple and their secret blend of spices.
2-row Applewood smoked barley, Kiln Coffee malt, Flaked oats, Roasted barley, Caramel malt along with additions of Molasses, Milk Sugars (lactose), Brown Sugar, Roasted Chicory lay the foundation for this malty, breakfast-themed concoction. Enjoy huge notes of coffee in the nose and savory layers in the flavor.

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home on a cool Wednesday night. Appearance is pretty thick considering the ABV, dark tan head that rims around the glass. Aroma is interesting, smells smoky and rich with heavy chocolate notes. Taste is good, like a rauch stout, rich on the smoke and bacony flavor mixed with espresso and chocolate. Good stuff.

Sample at GABF 10/08/2016, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Pours nearly black with some ruby around the edges. Aroma of charred malt, coffee and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted coffee, malt, dark chocolate and spice. The finish is smoked malt and coffee. Pretty good all around.

Draft pour pint at Yard House, listed at a much more modest, breakfast friendly 7.4% abv. Pours really thick, offer black, with a dark brown cream cap head. A nice mocha like aroma from a distance. The guy next to me ordered a coffee, and they may have mixed up our orders. A ton of coffee roast and bitterness. Some vanilla. Toasty malt. Some maple. Sorta boost. Almost feels like the full 10%. Has some spices to it, cinnamon specific. Interesting beer here.

12 oz. bottle purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions, Kittery. Pitch black with light lasting tan head. Decent retention in the snifter. Scrapple used in a stout? Ok, well, it is not the most outrageous ingredient this Brewer has ever used... Sure why not? Aroma is bold coffee, mild maple, sugar and a hint of smoke.
It is all here, coffee, spice, maple syrup, smoke. A heavily adjuncted stout but it still tastes good. Lactose sugar so I am glad I read the commercial description. Body and mouthfeel are as they should be. Worth a pint for sure.

12 oz bottle poured into a tulip. 7.4% ABV per the bottle label, guess they dialed down the ABV for the more widespread release. Dark brownish black with tan head. Aromas of light smoky breakfast meats, maple syrup, coffee. Tastes of dark chocolate, caramel, maple syrup, a little cinnamony spice, roasty notes, coffee. Medium body with a dry finish. Pretty tasty.

This was poured into a snifter.
The appearance was a good black pour. Slim finger’s worth of white to off white almost tan colored head that dissipated at a decent pace. Sly lacing running all about.
The aroma leans a roasty espresso sweet coffee bean. Some maple and a light smoke come through. Subtle ash and some black licorice come through. Light woodiness, chicory - somewhat.
The flavor leans to the roasty sweet side of the coffee bean and with some warming brings in the woodiness and then some light vanilla with the black licorice.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation feels good as an imperial stout - mildly low.
Overall, really nice imperial stout all around and would love to have again.

Charred oak, raisin, new plastic nose. Black, medium tan head, good lace. Coffee, wormwood, charred oak, charcoal. Dark chocolate finish.Medium body, easy carbonation. None of the complexity or weirdness I expected, but a delicious coffee stout.
