Brewed with the heritage German malt variety Alexis and hopped with Single Farm Hersbrucker hops. Before a cold fermentation and long maturation for a for a crisp and rounded finish.

Train beer on Southampton day out. Clear gold. No head. Aroma is malty with a sour edge. Feint fruit. Flavourwise it has immediate citrus sourness underlying malts and some veg. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long dry finish. Nice enough.

Can on the 1100 Waterloo - Godalming, picked up from HOTM online, South Coast Jolly Boys Day Out 20/09/2025.
Clear golden topped with a thin white head.
Nose is herb, straw, grains, pale malts, light breads.
Taste comprises hedgerow, pale malts, crackers, grains, straw, herb, cereals.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Decent logger-bier.
