This Grisette, or Belgian table saison is made with corn, wheat, rye and Pilsner malt with Saaz, Lemon Drop, and Saphir hops, Belgian yeast, and a touch of coriander.

Pour is a bright clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is yeast ester and grain. Flavor is a decent hit of the coriander and white pepper with a minor ester and the finish is super dry. Nice, dry farmhouse ale.
