On tap at East Van. Pours hazy pale blonde with a white head. Very light pale malts and grass on the nose. Flavour has damp fibrous grass and seltzery malts. What part of this was Czech-inspired?

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a slightly hazy golden colored body that supports a thin near white head. The modest aroma offers up lemon and subtle grainy malts. Taste is similar as there minimal sweet fruity esters and it stays dry and crisp. Nice offering. Not getting much, if any, Saaz. That's ok.
