This saison pours a cloudy pineapple yellow and is our most refreshing ale. It is made with 60 pounds of pineapple and 20 pounds of Guava pureed in house, and added to our open fermenter. This ale may seem perfect for summer but we think it is a great winter treat.

Draft at Pint Central. Hazy golden yellow color, fluffy white head. Big pineapple and tropical fruit aroma. Taste has lots of tropical fruit too, but some of the saison characteristics are masked. Dry finish.

Brewvival Trip Beer 23. Draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium sized frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of tart guava, sweet pineapple, doughy malts. The taste is tart fruits, pale malts, faint spice. Medium bodied, well balanced.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a touch of hold and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a great combination of guava and pineapple with underlying flora and a hint of dry funk. Flavor has grassy hops and guava up front with a nice sweet pineapple appearing in the finish with a touch of dryness.
