Brewed in collaboration with Green Valley Brewing. Our resolve takes the form of celebrating simple things; built on a base of Belgian pilsner and wheat malt, hopped throughout with Crystal hops, and dry hopped with a modest charge of Czech Saaz. The icing on top is bright estery Saison yeast, with notes of flowers in bloom, a balanced earthy funk, and hints of almost pheremonal fruit. Lightly bittered with a subtle alcohol warmth, we follow in the tradition of the softer Belgian country ales
