Observation Rakau is a 6.5% Hazy IPA brewed with oats and wheat that was hopped excessively with Rakau from @Freestylehops. It is the latest in our single hop series where we 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off. We get a floral blend of stone fruit including plum, apricot, pear as well red currant. It's a tasty and complex treat!

Aroma: bold, some hop burn, a bit of flowery notes.
Taste: along the same lines, noticeable hoppy burn.
Overall: it's ok, too much of hop burn 😐
