This year’s release takes the form of a Wet Hop IPA, brewed with locally grown Cascade hop flowers from Hayhoe Hops in Aylmer, Ontario. These fresh hops were picked, delivered, and added to the hot side all in a single day.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light dank notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Lupulus.
