Our lighter and newest version of Chancellor released on 10/8/23! Our spin off of The General name, and it’s called The Chancellor. This is a Kolsch style brew, one that actually originates in Germany. Lighter to medium in body with a soft mouthfeel and a more so straw, golden yellow color. Crisp and refreshing, and definitely crushable with a now 5% ABV. Come and enjoy as fresh as it can get!

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, bubbly, white head. The nose is butterscotch, wet grass, jasmine, and Riesling. Sweet and sugary, with a light, crisp bitterness. Light, bready, and clean. Simple and well made.
