On tap at Shelton Festival. Pours a dark ruby brown with small beige head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is wood, leather, berry, yeast. Medium body, funky, oak, berry, light tartness, dry finish, very good.

Sample at Urban Artifact during The Extinction Event: Natural Wine & Spontaneous Beer Fest on 09/28/2019. Clear reddish-brown color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Stringy lace. Aroma of berries, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart berry, vinous oak, mildly funky yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is tart with a lingering berry aftertaste. Good beer all around.
