Draft at Salud. One of my favorites of the night, Brett is evident in both the aroma and the taste. An otherwise floral saison.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with frothy white head. The aroma is lemon zest, oak, floral. Medium body, yeast, oak, funk, lemon, light tartness, very good.
