We put a new spin on a classic style to create a truly unique beer in a class of its own. Inspired by the witbiers of Belgium, but brewed with grapefruit, lemon, and New England-style techniques. The results are a light, refreshing beer, with a soft pillowy mouthfeel, and a symphony of citrus notes. Hazy golden yellow in color with a puffy white head bursting with flavors of Meyer lemon zest, grapefruit, Mandarin orange, and a subtle floral finish.
