This modern take on a traditional Lichtenhainer is an evolution of our mixed fermentation golden sour ale, now brewed with beech-smoked malt, smoked salt and lemon salt, then conditioned on fresh Scottish fruit, juicy honeyberries and tart tayberries. The result is a vibrant balance of tangy, fruit-forward flavour, subtle smokiness and lactic sharpness.
Brewed in collaboration with Mikkeller to mark their 20th anniversary.

Can shared thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy dull pink. Raspberry, soft smoke, wheat, light salty, lemon, sweet jammy berries. Medium sweet, less sour and salty. Medium bodied.
