Still Sweet Fine Perry
This Hellen's Early Single Variety Perry from the 2022 vintage, is a truly decadent experience. Time has worked its magic, allowing the natural sugars to be retained without intervention, resulting in a drink of remarkable complexity and intense fruit character. It boasts massive tropical acidity, a viscous, honeyed richness, and vibrant, astringent tannins that dry the palate. This is a drink with impressive structure and intensity, completely individual in its profile. Each sip offers a journey for the senses, a paradox of powerful intensity and delicate subtlety. Alc. 5.8% vol.

750ml bottle from Ross on Wye. For #rgpm. Deep golden colour, thin foam rim and aroma of perry pear, alittle funk. Taste is sweet, perry peary, juicy & fleshy, and fruity, floral, citric, slight funky hint, with lots of drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet peary tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
