Clima de Roda’ is a ‘musicollab’ by Brouwerij Poesiat & Kater, Roda da Holanda and the Amsterdam Grachtenfestival. They made the music, we made the beer! ‘Clima de Roda’ is a refreshing brazilian style 4,5% Catharina Sour, brewed with fresh mango and guava. Saúde!

Can 44cl. Catharina Sour, @home poured into a tumbler. Cloudy pale golden colour, fizzy white head, dissipating in a wink, no lacing. Sour aroma, basement, lemon, guava, spicy hints. Taste somewhat prickly, light sweet and sour, light lemon and guava, light spicy notes. Light body, watery texture, flat carbonation, short sweet and sour aftertaste, pinch of salt, decent.

Shared with Caesar and ShivanDragon @ Mancave Bunnik. Murky pale yellow golden, average sized white head. Smell and taste are both very bland, I don't get much. Softly sourish notes. Basically watery. Water. Water with a very distant fruity sourish flavor. Bad bad bad.

A slightly hazy pale golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of passionfruit, tropical fruits, tart fruits. Taste of tart passionfruits, guava, mango, mild body, easy to drink.
