All of the Maths begins with a traditional, estery English ale yeast. We then add a dose of Simcoe and Citra hops during the whirlpool, and dry hop this tasty brew at 4lb per barrel with a blend of Sabro, Cashmere and Strata hops. It has big nostril-pleasing aromas of pineapple, coconut and mango, and a juicy, tropical flavor. All of this fruity, hoppy goodness is supported by a rich pale base malt, malted oats, naked oats, flaked barley and mated wheat to provide a soft mouthfeel and nice viscosity. We did 'all of the maths' on this one and it adds up to one delicious beer.
