Beanstalker is a Belgian-style pale ale brewed from robust German dark-Munich malt, Vienna malt and a variety of specialty malts. To accentuate its nutty, sweet malt flavor, we added a touch of Zambezi honey. The addition of custom-roasted, Turkish-style coffee from Rise Up Coffee Roasters and yellow cardamom from Burlap and Barrel brings an array of earthy and fruity aromas to this medium- to light-bodied beer. Fermented with a unique, Belgian-style yeast strain, Beanstalker boasts both fruity and spicy notes for a truly complex drinking experience.
