Draft at Salud. Hazy very pale yellow color. Grassy herbal aroma. Taste is lightly tart lightly earthy lightly herbal. Interesting.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Location: Draft at the brewery, 1/4/15
Aroma: The aroma is a mix of grass/hay and lots of spice
Appearance: It pours a light orange color, with a small head, and light drippy lace
Flavor: The taste is along the same lines, light-medium bitter, grassy, and spice
Palate: It has a tingly mouthfeel, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: I thought this one was pretty solid. It is definitely a cool experiment as well.
