Rivulet was brewed with our favorite pilsner malt and a good portion of Fonio. A newer addition to the brewing world, Fonio is heritage grain native to West Africa - drought resistant, sustainably grown, and fairtrade certified. Best of all, Fonio is naturally gluten free, and brings out bright tropical, citrus, and white wine flavors.

We doubled down this time with an enzyme addition focused on breaking down the remaining gluten, aiming to bring this beer as close to gluten free as we can.

Light and bright with zippy carbonation, but a bit more heft than our current cream ale or lager line up. This one was made for the heat. Fonio brings out a gentle undercurrent of fruitiness that we'd otherwise have to rely on hops to get.
