Named after our brewer Tim - eater of back-to-back meals, wearer of anything Carhartt, bringer of office dog joy. This new DDH IPA is what happens when someone builds a beer the way they build a plate: big, deliberate, and definitely going back for seconds. Thanks, Tim. May your fork always be loaded.
