Blueberry Cobbler is deceptively complex outing that features bready malts the dryness of fermented blueberries, light vanilla and blueberry aromatics. Strong, yet the flavors play well together.
A widely interpreted style that has its roots in the tradition of blending beers at the tap, porters are regarded as the first English ales with great followings. The modern Porter ranges from brown to deep black with ABV just as variant.

Draft at GABF. I need the label for this. If anyone has one, please let me know. Pours dark brown. Tan head. Nose and taste of blueberry and light malt. Lighter medium body.

Pretty rare beer from a bottle. Not your typical fruit beer. From the start much darker than expected, looks like a porter or stout. Initial clean blueberry aroma, makes my mouth water. Wew, big strong somewhat burnt blueberry flavored cough medicine effect. Yes, much bigger beer than I was expecting. Some mild sizzlty co2 but it doesn’t keep this stuff from coating yer mouth. Malty bitter burnt roasted linger on the top back of my tongue for a finish. Getting dizzy near the end of the bottle, this kick in the jaw was quite a surprize. I’ll clasify this as a baltic fruit porter.

12oz bottle. Deep black brown body. Smells like blueberry cobbler. A lot of chocolate malt balances out, if not overwhelms the blueberry, which comes off a little extracty and artificial. An interesting beer, but at $8.99 a sixpack, I wouldn’t consider buying it again. A unique creature, I will certainly give it that. Strong chocolate blueberry ale.
