Bottle from the brewery online shop. Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aromas of toffee and mixed peel. Taste is light sweet, light spice, brown bread, caramel. Needs a bit of time on it I think, but nice enough.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl.
Appearance - deep golden and clear with a hint of amber. Slightly off white head.
Nose - soft peach and dried orange peel.
Taste - soft peach and apple. Some tinned fruit syrup. Some fudge.
Palate - medium bodied, sweet middle and dry finish.
Overall - good, a bit lighter than expected. Maybe needs a little time.

Bottle from Waitrose. Clear amber body with a thin beige head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of toffee, dumpling and rust. Flavour of pear and brown sugar. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. This is rich and tasty, but not quite in the world class category as I’ve found previous iterations.

Bottle. Nose is stewed fruits, malt, brown sugar, hint of brown bread. Taste is fruity, stewed fruits, toffee, faintest hint of leather, malty and a bitter citrus note. Leathery, malty finish with a dab of marmalade. Slick slightly thin mouthfeel.
It might be too fresh, but I am not bowled over by 2025 so far... edit: actually as this warms and breaths its getting progressively better. I take it back.

Bottle. #093289. Quite pleasant, not as edgy as the fresh vintages normally is. Toffee, dark dried fruit, apricot jam and a hint of tobacco. Nice indeed. 747415 251128

Cask at The Jack Horner, Holborn 21/11/2025 Got lucky finding this on cask ❤️rich sweet and toasted malty and fruity, getting some nice caramel and toffee sweetness, marmalade peel and dark dried fruit shred, brown sugar sprinkle, nice spices into the lingering warming malty finish. Lovely.
Also a bottle picked up at Balham Waitrose week after enjoyed at home in London, very nice but not as big as an impression as on cask for me. Got a 2nd bottle and will revisit again in a few years.
