Grassy and fruity, minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, hints of "green" fruit, gooseberry, white grapes, kiwi fruit, a touch of lemon, hemp, pale malty background. Taste is mildly bitter and tart-ish, fruity and slightly grassy hoppy, pale malty basis without residual sweetness, hints of green fruit again, white grapes, unripe kiwi fruit, some gooseberry, a touch of white wine, white grape jelly; lingering, dry finish.
Watery texture, dry palate, medium to fine, prickly carbonation.
Clean, almost a bit clinical, sterile, technological - OK.
