A collaboration with Summit Beer Station for their 6th Anniversary, 16 Shots In Munich is a crisp German Pils made entirely with German malt and hops. Last year, Summit's Jeff McKay and Ashley Skeen traveled to Munich for Oktoberfest and celebrating their first night with friends at Augustiner Keller, Ashley ordered a round of shots for a group of nearly 40. When asked how many, she surveyed the table and shouted, "Sixteen shots!"

Sample at the brewpub. Clear golden pour with a medium thin bright white head that evaporates steadily to a wispy film. Short stringy lacing on the glass. Grassy hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with a Noble hop character and notes of fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent all around.
