Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2025. A clear pale yellow straw coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is semi sweet, sharp, lemon, midget gems, pear, earthy, quince. Flavour is composed of crisp light grains, lemon, midget gems. Delicate fruit. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, moderate carbonation.

Gravity cask at the 28th St Albans Beer Festival, 26/09/25.
Golden blonde topped with a white cap.
Nose is citric tinged straw, melon, mandarin, tangerine.
Taste comprises melon, orange pith, light breads, mandarin.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness.
Tidy cask IPA ... just wish they'd put out more truer to ABV ... 6%+.
