Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2025. A clear r bright orange gold coloured pour with a lasting halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet dry earth. Vanilla. Apple custard, nutty apple, earthy pinch of salt, grass, lemon, earth, grass. Salt. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, pinch of salt, semi sweet, nutty apple, drying finish. Solid. Hides the abv well.

Bladder bag at the 28th St Albans Beer Festival, 26/09/25.
Golden orange topped with a modest off white crown.
Nose is tangy apples, straw, herb, grains.
Taste comprises apple core, hint of caramel, sugar dose, vinous.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Sips easy for the relatively big boost.
