18/11/2025. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers! Dry and tannic with dome brown sugar sweetness. Fruity apples. Funky and mucky. Decent.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, white bubbly foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, milky, caramel, funk. Taste is fruity, appley, tangy, with meaty funk, caramel note, and drying bitter tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Lightly hazed golden to copper with an off white covering that retains as a swirl.
Nose is tarte apple, funk, barnyard pong, straw.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, tannins, hint of caramel, modest funk.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close
Solid cider.
