Dry cherry and apple wine made from a blend of cherry wine and cryo-concentrated apple wine. The cherry wine has been aged in oak barrels, and to balance the high acidity it is blended with cryo-concentrated apple wine.

A beautiful vinous wine with a well-balanced acidity with notes of cherry and cherry stone.
Enjoy with meat dishes and cheeses.
Serve at 18 degrees.
