Pineapple Sour Beer
Tart, sweet and savoury flavours blend together in this heavily fruited pineapple sour. An initially puckering fresh candied pineapple flavour gives way to a riper, more mellow fruitiness. Cherry wood-smoked malt complements the ricj pineapple notes adding a curious savoury depth. Brewed with our friends from London's Hackney Church Brew Co.

Can at ash's. Pours hazy golden, nose is smoky bacon, pineapple, taste is sweet, fruity, bit of smoke coming through. 7/8/8/7/7

Can from Lupe Pintos. Hazy golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of smoked malt, marzipan and grilled pineapple. Flavour of pineapple and lemon. Thin body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Sharp and juicy with an unusual smoky-sweet note.

Can thanks to McCash. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of cherry smoked malt and pineapple. Taste is more of the same. Light sour finish.

Appearance - murky yellow with an off-white head.
Nose - funky notes and almonds, but mainly tangy pineapple.
Taste - tangy, sour pineapple, still nuts lurking at the back.
Palate - sour and persistent with a close to medium body, good linger.
Overall - good.
