Nordic Dream is an exclusive lambic beer, crafted in collaboration between Hanssens and Jens Skrubbe from Pressklubben in Stockholm. It’s brewed with equal parts strawberries, raspberries, and Swedish cloudberries, creating a distinctly Nordic fruit profile. The beer is first matured on one-year-old lambic, then blended with three-year-old lambic to undergo fermentation. Only 1,250 bottles were produced.

Flaska från SB. Disig varmgul vätska utan skum. Ung och lite omogen med med pigg lätt acetisk syra. Av bären märks jordgubbarna mest som smakar smultron. Omogna aprikoser, citrus, vinäger och lätt sträv beska. Lite outvecklade smaker som det lätt blir i bärlambicer. Men kul samarbete. Gott

0,375l from bottle at Man in the Moon, Stockholm. Amber hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, earthy, citric, acidic, berry, hay. Very nice smell. Full body, light carbonation. Tastes earthy, funky, citric, earthy, berry notes, tannins, oak, peppery. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of citric, funky and tannins. Nice stuff, love the funky notes. Rather acidic though, overall quite good
