Brewed for the locals by the locals. All the grain came from NJ's only malt house, Rabbit Hill Malting. We only use Riwaka hops, in the boil and dry hop, from New Zealand. Very easy drinking, bright citrus and floral notes

Sampler at Central Jersey Beverage Festival at Mercer County Park.
Number One with a bullet. Honey gold pour. Frothy beige head. Bready malt aroma. Flavor is bready malt, Herbal hops. Notes of grapefruit and Lime.
