[ As Tring Pale + Four ].Clear medium yellow amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, fruity hops, pale malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160807] 7-3-7-3-13

Cask at KEG (does that sound odd...?), Bourne End, Bucks. Amber with a thin white head and a light fizz. Fruity with lots of orange and pink grapefruit, set against a background of caramel and malt. Full flavoured and full bodied, a decent beer and definitely one of Tring's better efforts.

Bottle shared at chriso and Ruth's pre GBBF tasting 2016 - London. Pours clear gold with a bubbly, white head. The nose holds zesty citrus, dried pale malts. Medium sweet flavour with more pale bread, ripe tangerine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with further citrusy hops. Pretty OK.

16th Sep 2017: cask pint in The Pheasant, Wellington Shropshire. Nice looking beer, golden body, white head that stayed. Bit too citrusy for my palate, but a good, refreshing, bitter and dry tasting brew.

Bottle split at Chris & Ruth’s pre GBBF Shindig, 07/08/16. Golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is orange pith, straw, tangerine, melon. Taste comprises light floral notes, peach, tangerine, airy malts, soft bread, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent hoppy blonde.

Pre-gbbf-shinding. Fast klare dunkel goldene Farbe, geringe weiße schaumkrone. Geruch zitronig hopfig, karamellig. Geschmack zitronig hopfig, leicht nussig, Karamell.
