This German-style lager was brewed Nordic barley malt for a smooth, rich malt profile, which is perfectly complemented by the elegant aroma of German noble Tettnanger hops. Fermented low and slow with a German lager yeast and matured for weeks in cold temperatures for a clean, crisp finish.

100ml draught, from a sample tray at Põhjala Brewery & Tap Room. In friendly company with visionthing and Finn. Pearl white head leaving rings of lace down the glass, near-clear amber body. Inviting noble hops and cereal malts on the nose. Fine mixed taste profile with hints of toffee and ripe fruits. Finished with a malt-fruity twist. Pretty good. (Tallinn, 07.11.2025).

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear golden with a white head. Malty and biscuity with herbal nots and hints of caramel and grass. Medium to moderate sweet with low to medium flavour intensity and a balanced bitterness. Very drinkable.
