Bottle from Craftbeer Shop. Light hazy pale golde, low head. Spicy grain entry with a fizzy note, chewy juicy, light mineral dry note, good herb and grass finish. Quite nice, wish danish guldøl had been more like this when I was living in DK.

Bottle at the Munich Brewver Christmas gathering at Jonas's in Garching Friday 28th November 2025, in the company of Jonas and Ursula, this bottle is courtesy of Jonas & Ursula. Pours light/mid gold with a white head, there's a very light spice edge to this, nice bitterness and a nice soft mouthfeel. There is a little warmth to this owing to the slightly higher ab. Very nice.

Bottle. Golden, slightly hazy. Apple, hay. Full, chewy, with a oily bitterness. Not bad. Nice and crisp.

0.5 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before April 2026. Minimally hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently fruity-floral and a bit grassy-spicy aroma of lemon peel, some fresh grass and light grains. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral and quite grassy-spicy taste of grains, grains, straw, some lemon peel and a touch of fresh grass, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, smooth but quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant lager, quite crisp, superb mouthfeel.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grainy, strawy, husky and spicy, pale malty as well as slightly unspecific, hoppy aroma, whiffs of protein. Taste is spicy, slightly grainy pale malty with subtle residual sweetness and moderately bitter, herbal-grassy hoppy, hints of thistle, nettle, a touch of salty cracker, mineral overtones, a touch of protein as well.
Oily-watery texture, smooth, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, nice rural, earthy aspects, fairly meaty - good.
