Can. Tropical, piney, with some alcohol notes and pale malts. Pineapple, grapefruit, some orange and some generic citrus zest bitterness. Not sure I'm very fond of that kind of bitterness, else is a fine brew indeed. 747414

Can. A mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a little dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Somewhat thin bodied pale malts, a decent level of sweetness but well short of that big pillowy creamy sweetness that is so in vogue, it allows a little hop bitterness to come through. Hops bring soft cooling pine, a mild hop spice itch. Pleasing soft but fairly rich stone fruits. Mild Mosaic candy fruits. A little more hop spice on the fairly light finish. That'll do, crisp and drinkable.

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a small and lacing, hite head. Intense, tropical hop aroma. Rich, sweet - very sweet - fruity body with a decent, finishing bitterness. Well crafted but a bit to the sweet side for my personal taste. 191225

440ml can bought to take away from Hopology, Leicester and drunk at home. Mid-gold colour, hazy with very little head. Lots of orange peel in the aroma,, sticky mango, grassy notes. Bittersweet taste. It certainly doesn’t run away with the sweetness, but has a lovely balance with the bitterness pushing through the hoppy fruitiness mid-sip. Thin to medium body with carbonation on the heavy side. Not my favourite Sudden Death beer but I still enjoyed it.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. No visible carbonation. Thick lacing. Aroma of orange and dried mango. Flavour of mandarin, lime and orange barley. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is a very good DIPA from a German(!) brewery.

Cremiger, herb-hopfiger Beginn. Geringe Süße, weich, moderat fruchtig nach Passionsfrucht. Leicht unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert, spritzig, konstante Aromatik, langer Nachhall. Gut. 9/11/11/11/8/11
