We started with a kettle sour beer base and then conditioned the finished beer on buckets of blueberries, vats of vanilla, and loads of lactose. The sweetness of those ingredients balances the sour acidity of the beer.

Poured from the tap @ Wheelhouse. Murky orangey brown with small white head. Vanilla and lactose upfront, slight tartness with a feint hint of blueberry. Okay.
