As we move into darker days we are drawn towards more robust and deeper fruit flavours all whilst clinging to the memories of summer and longer days in the sun.

Our next Breeze instalment is a transitional flavour, giving us a dark fruit explosion but in a crisp and zesty body. A combination of black and sour cherry blend into a palate reminiscent of cherry tangfastics and boiled sweets, followed by a hit of citrusy tartness on the after taste.

Pours lightly hazed deep red purple with a thin off white head. Aroma is cherry, jammy red fruit, sour funk hint of oak. Taste is loads of ripe cherry notes, jammy red fruit, quite a drying finish with a well balanced in tartness leading to a morello cherry finish. Great fruity sour. Really like this
