Make Matcher is a beer brewed with our friends at Fine Balance Brewing after they joined us for our first Nelson Sauvin hops selection. Once the hops were on their way, the anticipation led to a discussion about each brewery making the "same" beer with each of their hand selected lots of Nelson to see the difference a hop's growing conditions can make on the final product. Our version is a big, bold hazy IPA with huge dank citrus flavours complimented by subtle white wine and stonefruit characteristics.
