A hop forward West Coast IPA with a clean, crisp body. A bright bitterness combines with a punchy, resinous fruit-laden finish, dominated by pineapple and citrus.
The recipe for Genevieve was jointly created at the Thornbridge Brewery, with trial brews and then the final brews taking place at the Greene King Brewery in Bury St Edmunds. The cask beer is dry-hopped using two varieties that Greene King has not used together before in a brew, Bravo and Sultana.

On cask at Black Swan in Stratford-upon-Avon - clearish gold, solid head. Sweetish citrus tang with a little grassiness and tropical fruit at the end.

7/10/2025. Cask at the Greene King Beer Café, Bury St Edmunds. Decent pour. Aroma is hoppy, honey, herbal, citrus, grassy, resiny, stewed tropical fruits, slight sour edge. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, sour tang. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Looked good but a bit disappointing otherwise and not at all sure about the sour notes.
