Fresh Hop Lager
Brewed with a base of pilsner, this lager was loaded up with T90 Tangier from @segalhopranch . After a period of ice-cold lagering, John and Martin from Segal hooked us up with a bunch of freshly picked, wet Tangier that we rushed back to the brewery. Within hours of being picked, we infused it on the cold side. We’re stoked to continue using this hop going forward, and the fresh hop character of this lager really punches through with some sweet orange/creamsicle vibes.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a fresh, floral, herbal hop character, and doughy bready malt. Flavour is very clean, with lightly bitter floral hops, doughy notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Finished bitter, clean and vibrant but I’d like more aggressiveness. Good.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney Ridge. Pours blonde with a slight haze and a white head. Bright citrus and dank oils on the nose; very fresh. Flavour has dank oils, tropical fruits, mineralic. Decent body, a bit light on the carbonation. Nice hopping, though the malt base isn't as robust as I'd like.
